Do I have Other Apps Installed on my Facebook page?

As Facebook Messenger is a constantly evolving platform in it's own right, there are a few things to consider when installing a tool like Chatcast. If you've installed any similar tools in the past to experiment with, they can interfere with the subscribe process for your audience. If you are unsure if you've installed anything in the past, check here to find out:

1) Go to your Page, then go to Settings

2) Select Messenger Platform on the left panel

3) You'll see subscribed apps in the middle section. To ensure that there are no conflicts, we recommend uninstalling any apps that may conflict with Chatcast.
